Shipping conditions

• All products have the V.A.T. included.
• All products are guaranteed.
• If your product or products have any defect or deterioration upon arrival to the customer this will be replaced by another of equal or superior quality, or the price paid will be refunded.

We serve in all countries of the European Union. All orders are delivered by hand, at the shipping address you indicate when placing your order. Delivery works as follows:

• The carrier will come, normally during office hours, to the shipping address; if he has any problems finding the address, he will call the number you indicated when you placed the order.
• If there is someone to pick up the order, that person will receive the package and must sign the delivery note.
• If no one is there, the carrier will leave a piece of paper with a contact telephone number.
• You can call this phone number to arrange a new day and time for delivery.
• The transport company will contact the customer by phone to arrange a new delivery, ensuring the transport as soon as possible.
