Tradition
Miguel España e Hijos, founded by Miguel España, is a family business led by his four children: Miguel Ángel, Diego, Mª Carmen and Rubén. In 1986 it was born as a small 600m2 sausage factory and today it is a company with multiple facilities totaling more than 30,000m2. In recent decades it has become a leading company in the cured meat sector. Number 1 in production of sausage loin and a great ambassador and exporter of Spanish sausage abroad.
